Robert Jansen | I'm Free | Beginning with the famous Neil Armstrong moonwalk quote, "I’m Free" quickly cranks up the guitars and ROCKS. Jansen sings about how he’s so happy because he just got over a (complicated?) relationship. I’ve felt like that before! I love the Matthew Sweet style guitar and production in this song. Jenna Music | Hardest Thing | This chic has a Sheryl Crow voice. It sounds Dixie-chic meets rock to me. I don't have anything against country music, I just don't listen to it very often. Melissa Etheridge is more what she sounds like. That's who I was looking for! This song is good, I love her voice, all of the other instruments get credit too, because without them, there wouldn't be a song to hear! Good job and download ASAP! |

JOJJE | You Are Not Alone | This song starts out with thunder crashing, and then a great synth and guitar melody comes and whisks you off. There is piano…ooh! I love this guys voice. It fits perfectly. This song is just right if you want to be at peace with yourself. The lyrics are great, and it really sounds as if this person is alone. The synths go on, and the guitar just came back. I love this song! Great beginning, (I don’t usually like storm noises in a song, but this one isn’t annoying.) and if you are alone too, download this song! |
